Mestalla Stadium, witness to a marriage proposal and the birth of a new little bat

Mestalla Stadium continues to be the setting for stories that will last forever. This time, our stadium witnessed Adrián’s marriage proposal to Laura on the pitch. A story that will surely be very special to little Biel. Discover their story here.

“I tricked her into coming on the tour because we were affected by the DANA floods. I didn’t know how to bring her here, so my parents, as a gift for helping them during the flooding, gave us the tour, and we came,” Adrián explains.

Valencia CF worked its ‘magic’, bringing this couple even closer together through their shared passion. “We got together in 2011, and as we talked, we realised that we both liked football and were Valencia CF fans. It was a dream of ours to have two season tickets, and after a lot of hard work, we finally got them,” Laura explains.

Mestalla Stadium is a feeling and a legacy passed down from generation to generation. “The smell, the atmosphere, the fans… we’re incredible. It’s always a cauldron of noise, and that’s something we’ll always have. One day, being able to tell Biel that he’s been here and that we brought him here right up until the very last moment — that’s something that will always stay with us,” Laura and Adrián explain.
